First class service, man was very knowledgeable - fantastic with dogs! Helped get rid of patches of urine at my living room door which my male dog had done.. I thought I'd have to purchase a new carpet. He informed me he used a odour neutralising substance and it has actually stopped my dog from repeating his crimes!! He gave my cream carpet a good go over as part of the sevoce and 5 year old carpet looks brand new! Very responsive and really put in attention to detail. Thank you! Highly recommend
