Excellent customer service, A small part in my gate mother board failed that could have been expensive if I had to replace the full board. I popped in to see if they had one lying around which they didn't so they asked around the fitters to see if one was on any of their vans. Luckily they found one and gave it me free of charge which saved me a lot of hassle and money. Cant rate this company highly enough for their help. Thank you

I cannot speak highly enough of Alex and the team at Arden Gates.They've gone way beyond the normal course of duty to support me with a very unusual issue I was experiencing with my gate automation system which took many hours to diagnose and various re-configurations and hardware replacements to get to the bottom of. The quality of support I received from Alex and Kev (Roger automation supplier) to get to the bottom of the issue and get it sorted was top notch. I now have a fully working system which is high quality and should last me a very long time! I purchased four sets of gates from Arden Gates, one set now has bubbled paint and some of the powder coating has peeled off. Arden Gates director Guy Allwood refuses to accept that the cause of the problem is because of cold weather but insists that they have banged together. We had thick snow (at least four inches) before Christmas and several nights of severe frost after Christmas. When the ice melted some of the powder coating peeled off and there were bubbles in other parts. The gates are only six months old and I had a five year guarantee but Guy Allwood would not honour the guarantee and sent me a do-it-yourself kit (shown below). When I refused to do it myself and asked for my guarantee to be honoured I was sent a £1000 bill via email. The email has been posted below. Be aware that this company will take your money, offer a five year guarantee and when you need a repair under the guarantee you will receive a tin of paint that does not match the original colour, a set of paint brushes and some draft excluder or a substantial bill. There is no customer service from this company. Don't waste your money, I trusted them to honour the guarantee but it is not worth the paper it is written on.

Very reliable and skilful after sales service which underlines the value of buying a high quality security product which will last. I recommend Arden gates particularly for the persistence and expertise in ensuring our gates, purchased 18 years ago, were refurbished and rebalanced by Rick.
