Emma was extremely helpful, we accessed an easy eye care appointment as our daughter has additional needs and has struggled at other opticians. The eye test was kept short and flexible and we were provided with a very helpful form beforehand that allowed us to communicate what our daughter would be ok with and what she wouldn't manage. It was clear the optician had some knowledge about autism and used this to try to help her through the eye exam. Lovely choice of children's glasses which arrived quickly. All in all an efficient service.

Absolutely amazing. I needed an urgent appointment to have my eye looked at and they couldn't have been more helpful. I've now got the treatment I need and they've genuinely helped save my eyesight. Thanks so much especially to Elaine who was so helpful fitting me in with the wonderful optician.

Had an appointment with Adrian in the Dry Eye Clinic as my eyes were really bad. The consultation was comprehensive and Adrian was very reassuring. He explained so much to me regarding the condition and gave me a comprehensive regime to help improve my condition. Three weeks later my eyes are back to normal and it is such a relief. I just need to carry on using all the tools that Adrian suggested so that my eyes remain comfortable. I cannot thank him enough and would highly recommend this service to anyone else suffering with dry eyes.

I have been a customer of Hepworth and Hall for over 20 years, since I was 16 years old. They have always been a warm, friendly and professional opticians who provide an excellent service. They truly put the customer first and are always there to help when you need them. Chris is a superb optometrist. Highly recommend.

Amazing service as always, staff are very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. Chris is a wonderful optician and always makes me laugh with the funny jokes he comes out with. Hes brilliant. Chris is the only optician who found my rare cataracts condition, which was years ago he found it. From then on my glasses are always correct and made to perfection.Thank you to the lovely ladies Jean and Elaine (hopefully got your names right). Absolutely lovely they're and put up with me asking about my glasses on when will they arrive hahaha. Both ladies recommended polarised glasses to help with the sun and driving. I now have two sets of glasses, ones for reading and writing, the others for sun and driving. I'm over the moon with my glasses. I won't go anywhere else for my glasses. Thank you ever so much to all the staff at Hepworth and Hall. 100% recommend.

Was a thoroughly good experience from start to finish, managed to see me the same day, guided me through the experience of my first pair of glasses, they were amply paitient with my questions and relentless request for different frames to try on, everything was explained wonderfully and glasses were ready to pick up 4 days later. Would highly recommend.

I've been using Hepworth and Hall for many years now and always found the service to be top class.Had to go in today with an emergency and had not got an appointment but they fitted me in and I was extremely relieved to be seen.10/10.

Friendly, helpful staff who always go above and beyond. Been going to the opticians for years and will never go anywhere else. My little boy is forever breaking his glasses and they manage to fix them and bend them back into shape, so grateful.
