I have been a customer of the surbiton station branch for many years now. Purchasing phones, chargers, replacement screens, phone cases etc. Their customer service is excellent and they are always polite to all customers when I am there.What a great store and I will continue to support this small business.

I came here to get a PlayStation 4 Controller for my son, VX Change got a controller with a damaged box with a controller inside. My son convinced me to get it and for some reason I did. There are a few things off with this controller like running out of battery way too quickly or no PlayStation logo on the home button. Then the square button stopped working and then the joysticks didn’t return to the center. The PlayStation started to show notifications saying “The controller you are using may not be an official controller and might not function properly.” Now we wasted £40 and we have to waste another £40 on a official on Amazon, horrible experience, horrible company, money and time wasted and we got scammed.

NEVER BUY FROM HEREthey try to rip people off. they give you warranty and when the item is faulty the dont do anything about and day it is your fault that it broke. i bought two chargers , one stopped working after 2 days and the other one set on fire !!!!!!

Having smashed the screen of my Samsung phone, I went in to this shop and found Ram extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He sold me a new one for the princely sum of £85, which is better in all ways than my old one. Highly recommended.
