I had never heard of them, and I live miles away so would never buy from them anyway, until I received an email saying I had bought a car from them and would I like to place a review.So here it is.I would never buy a car from a company that randomly spams people, it just seems shady.I note that they also threaten people who leave bad reviews which further supports my opinion of them.

I recently purchased a Fiat 500 from Luks Car Sales and after 3 weeks I had a problem with the cluster light panel on the dashboard. I have to say how impressed I was by the help I was given to resolve the issue. They went above and beyond to fix the problem including coming all the way from Leicester to Birmingham to pick it up and delivering it back to me when it was fixed. I want to say how much I appreciated it and would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.Thank you again to the teamJan Corker

Great customer service. Very helpful, friendly and honest people to do business with. No pressure selling. They made sure the car was in a great condition and did more than I expected. Serviced the car. MOT, air con re gas, and windscreen replaced. 3 months warranty on engine and gearbox was also given. I Will definitely be going to Luks again when I I need to buy another car

Had this car less than 6 months and it’s already un-drivable and off the road unless I spend near enough £900 to get it fixed after already spending money on it! And the very rude staff don’t help.Ruined my buying a car experience completely and it’s going to take a lot for me to get this sorted through the finance company and financial ombudsman.

Have just bought a car including a part-ex. We got a very fair deal and are delighted with the purchased vehicle. The owners of the business are extremely nice, polite, helpful and put you at ease. I'm happy to recommend.

Dissapointing. I brought this car under a year ago. The issue arose the week it came home, should it have had a proper check by the AA, service and MOT this issue would have been picked up on. Which puts their entire operation in question.Also I was informed that the warranty is through the AA, but on contacting the AA it's nothing to do with them, they mearly offer a reduction in the breakdown service price. Therefore, no warranty was supplied though advertised as part of the sale.I trusted this company as they have great reviews and on viewing were very pleasant people.I would not usually leave negative feedback, but this issue was not my fault, this vehicle is lucky to have lasted as long as it has, however, the vehicle should never have been put up for sale, with the intial issue raised was the same issue the engine now fails.Leaving my family compromised as we do not have public transport here and I have to commute to work as well as drive my child and disabled partner around. Which they were aware of when selling me the vehicle.I would expect a vehicle from a reliable dealer to last at least 12 months. So unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.

Initially Rav was very friendly and always replied to my messages and calls. When i bought my car from her in June, it was agreed that should would arrange to get a problem with the car fixed asap. Weeks turned into months and the problem was still there and she stopped answering my messages or returning my calls. Called her from a different mobile and she answered the phone instantly, but was very abrupt!!! Cut a long story short the car only got sorted out end of October!! Once the car was bought the customer service rapidly went downhill. She basically didnt care!! I would not recommend this company to anyone. Steer clear!! They only want your money!!

This place is designed to sell faulty vehicles and take advantage of customers. Bought a vehicle here that had faulty safety equipment (jack, etc) and was missing a key charging table. This place is a scam and should be avoided at all costs.
