I’m so glad I came across Viv & Ady to help me on my weight loss journey. I’ve been struggling for a long time now and tried lots of diets, but I am finally on track and feeling positive and confident. I think it’s through all the supportive messages and also the videos Ady has sent of him making recipes on plan that have kept me going. They have really been amazing and I feel like I’m going to be able to maintain my weight too!
