I came in to get a line as well as a phone since I just moved to the uk and unfortunately I couldn’t use the bank I had set up out here . One of the ladies sat down and helped me set up Monzo since it was something they use for payments. Definitely out of her way to make sure a potential customer ( a customer now ) got the help they needed.

I'm going to be honest - nobody likes going to phone shops and being hounded by overly tentative and constantly prodding employees trying to push incentives or annoying you with special offers"... Which is why I was extremely pleased going to this EE store!We were welcomed

I would like to please express my sincere gratitude to both to the amazing Steve and Rachel who went above and beyond this morning upon visiting this store where they helped me through replacing my phone after it was stolen last night. At a time when I was vulnerable and needing a new phone urgently, they couldn't have been more helpful and took me through several options, none of which were anywhere near as bad as I feared (I had no insurance). Thank you again - couldn't recommend more! :-)

The staff in the newmarket store are the best we have met anywhere. Richard got my husband fixed up with a new phone and when we left the shop there was nothing for us to do. We are In our 70s and we were treated with respect but we were able to have a laugh with them. Very refreshing to meet young people who can interact as well as being professional.

The staff there is so nice, they will go beyond the bare minimum to actually give you a deal that is in your best interest. They are also very quick and efficient and all with a smile and pleasant attitude!

We were treated very well, on phone by Natalie and James in store. All necessary hand sprays etc and objects held in sanitised cloths. We appreciated their help and friendly chat. Made it a good experience. Thanks to you all.
