The Javan Coker Foundation went on a trip to Leeds Castle today with children with disabilities and their families. We had the most careful, funny, considerate and friendly driver named Nick.He was amazing to everyone, he showed genuine interest in our kids and helped us take amazing pictures.We highly recommend Nick and we would gladly travel with him next time. His driving was excellent.Thank you Nick for a lovely trip.

Three days away with fifty teenagers might sound a dreadful prospect but Nick our driver from Abbey Coaches made it a delight. He was friendly, highly skilled behind the wheel, flexible about the inevitable scheduling changes and very easy-going. We'll be back next year and will ask for him by name. Thanks Abbey! So today after telling a group of passengers the could not eat on the coach they decide to call me a racist or was it like children you could not get your own way and repeatedly walking around the coach even though I told you it was against the law to do so. The door has an anti trap on it so it can't close on anyone. So as the driver you are talking about I have pictures of how you left the coach. Maybe just follow the rules of the coach company and don't blame me for just informing you of the rules

AVOID!! One of the worst experiences ever. Driver named Nick is clearly racist. He was provocative and aggressive from the start of our trip. Phoned the management to complain about him but they did not do much to help. Driver assaulted one of our group members by closing the door on him intentionally and we had enough. His attitude is horrendous and he spoke to us condescendingly from the beginning would have phoned the police ourselves on him but just wanted to get home quick after dealing with his behaviour all day.

Had the best experience with Abbey Travel and our driver Nick. We hired a coach for 55 people to go to Goodwood races. It all ran smoothly and safely. Nick was so helpful and so accommodating. He really made our experience. Will definitely use again in future.
