Bilston Bathroom remodelled our bathroom in just under 5 days, as planned. The service from start to finish has surpassed expectations, from initial survey through to completion. The fitters John and Nathan were polite and respectful of our property at all times. Communication was excellent and John discussed any issues he thought they may encounter with us, to ensure that we would be happy with all works.The quality of the work is to very high standard, which comes from John being a perfectionist.Thank you

We were originally full of praise for the bathroom supplies we purchased from Bilston Bathrooms last year, but less than 6 months after the pricey Tavistock sink unit was installed, paint began peeling from it in 3 places. We emailed Paul at BB in December 2021 and I'm now writing this review in June 2022 because we are so frustrated at the situation. Despite regular calls to both Paul and Frank we have no progress in actually having the unit replaced, despite promise after promise that a new unit would be supplied and fitted for us.So, so disappointed.

We had Jonathon and Nathan just finish doing our bathroom they did some top quality work and finish in 5 days and with the least amount of mess iv ever seen from a contractor i think ever! Great pair of lads really friendly and great communication with us with any kind of issues.

Great set up. From start to finish everything was first class , all product supplied were top quality as was the workmanship , John the fitter was absolutely great , always helpful and kept us informed as to what was happening and where he was regarding the timeline . All the rest of the the workmen , plasterer,electrician and Sam , John's more than useful helper were totally professional.Would highly recommend Bilston Bathrooms , in fact I already have.

We have just had a bathroom conversion last week. From the start of the week to the finish, our fitter John delivered an excellent job throughout the week. He carried out jobs beyond and above our expectations. Communicated, advised us continuously Extremely please with the whole team at Bilston bathroom, we highly recommended them.
