Good for what I needed staff were helpful and I managed to buy what I needed at a sensible price and was able to leave quickly due to fast levels of service. Could do with a bit of internal housekeeping tho as there was a few aisles blocked due to stock or rubbish.

Sent to two different depots from Bletchley depot and neither had what I was looking despite being told it's in stock.. waste of an afternoon... staff were pleasant... Just rubbish system..

Couldnt prioritize delivery of 3 pallets which would of taken 5 minutes and was told to wait 45 minutes so he could load another lorry with full load. Absolutely ridiculous

Even though the branch didn’t have the very specific electrical ducting I needed they pointed me to the nearest branch that did have stock where I picked it up same day. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Excellent service.
