*disgusting customer service*The very rude shop manager falsely accused my child of shoplifting and embarrassed her in a shop full of people, demanding that she paid for items that she did not touch.Being the savvy young woman she is my daughter challenged him to View his cctv in front of all customers present to prove that she did no wrong, and only after viewing this did he realise that she was in fact not shoplifting, yet offered no form of apology.I would also recommend all customers ask for a receipt with your purchase from this shop as you will find you often get charged twice for the same item, funnily enough you won’t get a apology for that either!

Staff are so rude and over charge you for goods or short change you when u challenge them they act like they don’t understand you and give a blank look wouldn’t use this shop or it’s partner shop premier on twig street as most items are past sell but dates or milk goes of next day and the staff treat everyone like theifs especially the kids

The Prices are as good as can be for a convivence store, such as 2L Dr pepper is only 1.89

Very very disappointed in the manager's attitude. I was accused of stealing when I was actually putting my change in the Douglas Macmillan charity box , absolutely disgusted in the way I was unfairly treated

BEWARE Every time you go in the shop cost more at the till than the items are priced up they never knock off the discount ie. 2 bottles of pop £3 but when you get to till it’s £4. Pringles £1.50 go to til £2.50 you have to watch it the women always charges full price even if the items are on OFFER And some items like nana bread on the shelf which are months out of date plus some items are really expensive compared to the other shops close buy just be careful when in this shop
