Joseph quickly helped me get my computer running smoothly. It only took an hour, and he was clear and easy to deal with. I would recommend him - you get what you pay for. I'll come back if I need more help. I know his service is reliable and fair.

I got a problem with my laptop and my friend recommend JC computer services. So I make a phone call and Joseph come by next day. He did a check of my laptop and told me what's the problem and the price. The price is reasonable and the services are great. He finished the job in two days and my laptop works better than before.

Joseph is extremely knowledgeable. We have used him several times to organise our internet and laptops. He is amazingly quick and will even come out on weekends. Also very good humoured about our lack of knowledge! He is also excellent at coming up with solutions to what we think are insurmountable problems.I would definitely recommend him - he seems to know everything there is to know about IT!

Joseph turned up for my computer problem within one hour on Saturday. Which is very impressive! He fixed the problem and added on additional service without additional charge. The price is very reasonable and my computer is running much better now. I would highly recommend him.

I recently have great difficulties in video communication on my Skype and I was unable to reset my webcam that has troubling me for a good 3 days, I have also experiencing trouble in opening my web page on Google chrome and Internet explorer, with Chrome, every time clicked to open, a small circle timer ran for 2 or 3 seconds then it stopped without showing a web page, through friends of mine, I called for help of Joseph Computer Services, where Mr Chan managed to ran my computer via a remote operation and put my home desk top back in service in about an hour time. A 2-3 days problem solved in a very short time that saved me a lot of time. I am very impressed with Joe's help and would strongly recommend his service to all my friends, thanks to Joe also!

Joseph works hard to get results. He makes sure that everything is done and complete. He leaves no stone unturned. He cares about the customer and makes sure they are happy with the job. He is worth every penny you pay out, and more.

I was - once again - impressed with Joseph's skills, speed of response, pleasantness and good sense. Joseph is amazing. Today my computer downloaded Windows 10 without my permission. I phoned Joseph and he came round at once and sorted it all out. He is extremely knowledgeable and can always find a way to solve whatever problem comes up. He responds quickly to contacts and is always cheerful and helpful. I feel really lucky to be able to contact him for help when I need it.

My computer was infected with virus. Joseph could turn up very quickly upon my call and managed to remove the virus with no delay. The charge is reasonable and the system was back to running as normal. Highly recommend his service to anyone who is seeking good priced and speedy service!
