Great little farm shop and lovely relaxed pumpkin picking

A little treasure; you haven't tasted sausages till you've tried the home grown ones at Mallards Farm. The free range chicken is pretty good, too. Brown paper bags for most things make this an ecologically friendly experience, and there are often delicious samples to try, roast potatoes or sausages. There are plenty of informative and delicious recipe leaflets. Local honey, jams and chutneys are available too. Last time I visited, the farmer hand picked us some mint to accompany the potatoes we bought, which was great. Nice to drive out past the flock of geese, too. Goose eggs? Naturally.

Lovely fresh meat real sausages no rusk, veg, fruit and eggs. Have to park on the road but it's ok. Nice farmer will use again

Great fresh vegetables, competitively priced. Amazing tasty sausages and meat. Frozen plums available out of season. Great for breakfast.

Lovely time pumpkin picking this morning, great prices and lots to see and do while we were there. Definitely going back next year!

We have been going to this Farm Shop for years. Good fresh produce which are far better than supermarkets.

Mallards Farm..A1 farmer. Grows all veg the old way. His potatoes, Wilgers are the BEST for baking, they don't look all pretty but they roast up a treat.This man also re-cycles anything and everything......egg boxes, leaves from cauliflower (the sheep love them) and many other things. What he doesn't grow are supplied by local farmer-friends. So, eggs, duck eggs (now n then). Real Veg at good prices. Might be hard to find, but worth the search.

Very good farmer shop with affordable prices. We bought big box of vegetables and fruits with milk, apple juice and eggs and it costs less then 18£. Owner is kind and welcomed person, he showed our kid ducks and geese.
