Holland & Barrett - Cosham

Not a very happy buying experience. After queuing up to get in the store (that's fine by me in light of the current covid situation). I was looking for my shower gel, when I saw a different brand that was half price. I was only in the shop approximately 3-4 minutes when an assistant (middle age with blond hair) asked if she could help. I said that I was browsing. She then replied in a loud and direct voice with attitude; I wasn't allowed to browse because there was a queue outside" (2 people). I replied; "I'm deciding on what to purchase". She made her statement loud enough so that the people queuing could hear her. I felt humiliated and left a minute later without making my purchase. I know that these are stressful times for workers

I have been shopping there on a few occasions and must admit it's a great place to buy some natural remedies. The prices are fair and the people working there are kind and helpful. The click and collect" process is very easy and the items ordered can be collected in person quickly without any problem"

When I visited Cosham Holland & Barratt I have found Cerise at the store, very professional, helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

So glad this is my closest store.I am lucky enough to have been served by Lydia or Holly over the last few months, they seem to always find me the best deal, so helpful.Tidy, clean and well stocked.

Have just returned from trying to buy some vitamin D for my 83 year-old mother. The girl working there would not allow us in to the shop together despite the shop being otherwise empty. She was very happy to let my elderly mother stand outside in the rain, and when I asked her to reconsider this she was rude and patronising ( ‘as I have just explained, MADAM....’). I presume she would not have made me leave a small child outside. Someone needs to explain the difficulties of elder care to the young people left in charge of enforcing these rules.

Probably my favourite branch of H&B.The staff are helpful,have nice personalities(rare in shops today!),and even tho Southsea nearer,this branch better stocked.
