I've had personal dealings with this company. They were very helpful when I had a problem with my dvr. Quickly sorted. I bought my system from them on eBay.

I was on their eBay store and noticed they had a Swann cctv nvr 7400 for sale which was set at £149.99.I was in conversation with one of their team members through eBay at around 10pm and confirmed I will purchse the nvr the next day in the morning. When I went to purchse the Swann cctv nvr they had put the price up to £189.99.I messaged them and said to them just because I showed interest in this item you have put the price up full well knowing I was going to buy this so can you honor the £149.99 price, they said no.This just shows what type of business this is and I rather take my money elsewhere and share my experience.

What a great company to buy from on eBay, fantastic customer care, quick delivery and item well packed, what more could you ask for, credit to eBay and I'm one of many who will deal again thanks for a great eBay experience 10/10 A±+++++++

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I bought a record player via Ebay from them, which lasted all of 2 weeks before the record arm froze and wouldnt work any more! They have refused to give me a refund or replacement, and Ebay have also refused to refund me - accusing me of breaking it! I sent the player back, but they wont send it back to me to see if I can get it repaired, and have the audacity of asking me to pay to get it sent back! So much for their 2 year warranty and customer satisfaction! Just a bunch of robbers

Absolutely shocking service from this seller. I brought a security camera from Amazon, it didn’t work so I sent it back. Only received a partial refund as the seller has alleged I’ve returned it with parts missing and the cables being unsellable. I returned the cables in the same condition I received, in the original box, packaging etc. to top it off he claims the resolution was too high for the monitor I used, baring in mind he didn’t even ask or check with me what monitor I was using, he doesn’t even know the make or model of the monitor I used. When I questioned him his reply was well you didn’t give me a chance to as you opened a return on Amazon (Amazon explained this is the process and we’re the one who did this). So it’s clear he has made a pack of lies to avoid giving me a refund. Avoid this company completely people otherwise you will be out of pocket for no fault of your own. I’m not normally one to leave bad reviews but when someone has made a pack of lies to profit from your return, I find it absolutely shocking. Looks like this is common from Google reviews

VERY PROFESSIONAL SELLER - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. My first delivery unfortunately contained a faulty product (in sealed packaging from the manufacturer). I am extremely grateful for the quick and professional way the seller dealt with the issue - responding very quickly to messages, organising the return and dispatching the perfect (tested) replacement immediately. i ordered a swann camera as one of mine had failed and the service from beginning to end was fantastic i am very nervous about buying items off the internet but i spoke to a guy on the phone who gave me all the correct info to purchase the right itemi then placed the order for 1 camera and paid extra for next day delivery.the item arrived next day as promised and was kept updated with delivery timing.i have now ordered a second one as a spare and that arrived yesterday and tried it last night and also works great.Thank you to big pockets 100% recommend you again.Craig Rowlands on behalf of Andrew Owen
