Saw Hart Water advertised in Haverhill, gave them a ring and had a chat. Adrian visited us soon after, we discussed the various options suitable for us. At a very competitive price we made our selection. Adrian removed the old broken machine, cleaned the cupboard and fitted our new machine. Thankfully we now have lovely soft water which our plumbing is very happy about, farwell limescale! No hesitation in recommending this great local company. Thank you Adrian

Huge thanks to Adrian for coming out so quickly to install our machine, our water softener of 10 + years completely broke, but we got a replacement installed in less than 5 days. Adrian went above and beyond with the installation, he cleaned up the whole area, answered all our questions (via email/text) promptly and was just really lovley. Would definitely recommend Hart Water!

Excellent service both before, during and after installation.A pipe in my system unexpectedly failed one evening causing a leak and Adrian arrived within an hour to fix the issue. Very thankful!

Extremely pleased with the product and service provided. Supplied M3 Minimax Water Softener. The installing technician Jack was outstanding,, made a very neat job of fitting the new pipework and on completion explaining the system. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective customers.

I can certainly recommend Hart Water. My initial enquiry to fitting was completed within about one week. Adrian did the initial home visit and explained everything clearly and gave me a range of quotes from the cheapest to most expensive. Jack fitted the unit and also arranged for an outside tap to be installed at the same time. Very professional, efficient and listens to the customers needs. Thankyou!!!

Absolutely amazing! Adrian and his son were super. They were really patient with us trying to book this in around other work that needed to happen beforehand and helpful in accommodating this. The work they did was brilliant, and they left everything clean and tidy and looking great. They even fixed a broken washer on a leak they found in the bathroom while they were here! Can't recommend them enough!
