Poor customer service, some staff have no understanding of their products, nor understand how to order some products. I was asked to call and place an order for Sikkens in the week once I know the shade I wanted. I called to place an order but the person on the phone was unhelpful, didn’t know what I was talking about and asked me to call back when the person who advised me back in the shop!Surprised to not have anyone in the showroom with knowledge! Expected much better from Dulux.

Really good customer service. An online order was slightly delayed, but the staff sorted this locally in branch. Very happy with the product and will use again.

Very helpful and friendly staff demonstrating good product knowledge. Found prices were not cheap, but is anything now. Probably an excellent choice for larger contract works.

Popped into get some contract silk which I saw online. Couldn't see it in store so asked the gentleman at the till. He was to the point, that they don't have any. He did not offer alternatives nor advise if any other DDC offer the paint. So asked another gentleman who checked in store and then advised best to order it online. Overall okay experience. Staff need a bit more customer service skills.
