I have been visiting Ambience for the last 8months for laser hair removal following a friend’s recommendation.The staff are lovely, warm and welcoming. I started seeing results pretty much after my first visit and love the results I have been able to achieve through this process. The service has been impeccable since and I highly recommend.

Wish I started coming here earlier to see Billi for my botox and priofilo. Not just great results but friendly and professional service from the entire team. Highly recommended

Ambience is everything you would expect from your local beauty salon. Professional, highly qualified staff with a warm and friendly manner. Monthly, I have a CACI facial with Wendy, I leave the salon looking and feeling like I have had the best treat.I have used the salon for other services including laser and I have been very happy with the results.10/10 every time.

I only came in to use the sun bed but now I get laser hair removal from Billie lashes facial and eyebrows from Lucy and my hair done from Laura. The entire team team are absolutely lovely, and so welcoming. I couldn’t recommend them enough! The sunbeds are the best Iv used. The fans are excellent and tubes are maintained regularly.Iv only been using this place a few months but I’m glad I found them, and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

What luck to have discovered Ambience. Wendy is a consummate professional who really cares about each individual client. The salon is spotless and stylish and the welcome warm. Editing my previous review as I was only raving about the sunbeds when now I get my lashes done by Millie, eyebrows by Lucy & hair by Sarah and Claire as well as my regular sunbeds. It’s so hard to find an all round salon you can get everything done at, but I’ve finally found one! By far the best beds in the South East London area (I’ve tried them all before finally finding Ambiance, no bulbs compare) and the girls are just wizards at everything else too. Fiona on the front desk is wonderful and the whole team never fail to make me smile when I go in. If you’re looking for a salon that can literally do EVERYTHING at really good prices then look no further. (They are also dog friendly and so lovely to my pup Bruce who comes with me to all my appointments)Thanks Ambiance,Jess x

The best of the best all under one roof. I have been using the services of Ambience for over 15 years now and can not recommend them enough. The receptionists, hairdressers, technicians and beauticians are so friendly, polite, efficient and professional and make you feel welcome, important and valued. The services I use are the sunbeds, hairdressing- to get colour and cut, eyelash extensions, shellac and pedicures. All services are top class, the fact that I repeatedly use the services and have done for so many years is a testimonial in itself. There are many other businesses near that offer the same services for less but you won’t get the quality and service that you would if you go to Ambience. Don’t settle for less, have the best and book Ambience.

I’ve been going to Wendy for years now, and regular CACI treatment has definitely been worth while. It’s an absolute treat. Wendy is an amazing and professional therapist and a kind, generous and trustworthy person. She has made the salon very stylish and welcoming, with friendly staff. She has very high standards, uses great products and the place is spotless. I have no hesitation in recommending.

I've been visiting Ambience for over 6 years now and have recently started to have my laser hair removal done there. The service is excellent every time; very professional and precise. I have never had any worries or concerns about my treatments and I have been well informed and educated about what I'm having done.
