I have used Phantom Cricket since it first launched. The owner is incredibley friendly and approachable! My recent purchase has been a bat of his new collection, Medusa. When he told me it was brilliant, he did not lie!! I have thoroughly enjoyed all the bats I have purchased from him including a bat lasting 2 years! (someone who plays cricket almost every day of the summer)! His products are top quality as well as stylish! The new bat logos have been finished with finese and I can't wait for more purchases from Phantom!!

I enjoyed a fantastic experience at Phantom Sports this morning. Picked up a new bat for my son - I have a feeling its going to be a belter!! Quality evident in all kit in the store, bats, softs, luggage and the clothing too. I was given a superb level of customer service - helpful and informative, not at all pushy, just kind and patient. I am looking forward to a return in a few months to complete his kit ahead of next season. Thank you Phantom, see you soon.

Phantom kit through the years has helped me to score thousands of runs and 10 tons in 3 years. The kit is second to none as well as the customer service from the brand . The brand I would recommend anyone to improve their game :)

My son started using Phantom Cricket gear this season, and I can honestly say it is, quite simply, the best quality cricket kit on the market. The bats are phenomenal, the softs are of the absolute highest grade and the customer service is second to none. I am convinced Ethan would not have had the successful season he has this year (averaging more than 40 in Premier League cricket) without the support of the team at Phantom. Would recommend to anyone who plays the game, regardless of level. Phantom Cricket gear is the best you can get.

Owner sent me a very condescending and a little bit of a rude email regarding bat stickers that were faulty. They had no stick on them before even applying them to the bat. No refund which I can understand but there was no need to be rude and it's a shame because the products seem nice.

The phantom dark edition LE is unreal. The weight is minimal with a full profile. Also the ping off the bat is amazing. The best bat I've ever used.
