Booked car in for mot and service several months ago in the sale. when I arrive I am told the mot guy is on holiday and they can't do it until after expiry. Had to book somewhere else. Later get call to explain extra three jobs needed doing after the service and they could do them that day.When I picked car up only two had been done. So now I have to get that done on another day. It won't be at F1. I shall be going elsewhere in future. They used to be really good, but have been slipping for the last few years. Still waiting for mot refund.

AVOID:One of the senors went wrong around my exhaust, I took my car to Formula One and they fixed it right away. I thought all was okay (although I asked another garage and Formula One overcharged me by ALOT), a week later the engine light came on again so I took it back. They said they forgot to sort out the computer in the car and turned off the engine light.. however the car wasn't running properly and the light came on again. I took it back AGAIN but they couldn't get me in so went elsewhere. The new garage actually fixed my car and it runs how it should, they also didn't over charge me. So annoyed at myself for not reading the reviews beforehand but I would not recommend Formula One at all.. I'm out of pocket but at least I found an actual good garage out of the ordeal (that not Formula One!).

Bunch of cowboysDamaged my wheels and then denied everything, even though photos were taken in the carpark before they touched the car. They then denied it even with photos to prove they have damaged them!

Awful experience - charged one price online - then arrived to the centre - and they charge £150 3 times the quoted price.Then to top it off they gave me the wrong invoice - fit a BMW I’ve got a VauxhallI Emailed their head office - not much help there ! Still waiting for them to resolve

Been using them for maybe as long as 15 years anyway a long long time. Recently they have become dreadful. Did my brake pads, which now squeak in reverse, didn't reset the warning lamp and when asked the two guys had a stand up row about who was and wasn't going to reset it ( 2 min job) lost my locking wheel nut key, sent me to get them removed which they paid for, then expected me to drive around with one bolt missing on each wheel whilst they ordered replacement bolts. Real shame as I always had such good service but don't trust them.

Absolutely avoid!Had appointment booked for 13:30 for wheel alignment. I have asked how long it takes to complete they said 15 minutes. I have asked if I should wait here or they going to give me a call. Been told that they will call me when car is ready. Cool I went for walk, 30 minutes, 1 h passed by nothing, after 2h I just thought they must done my car they probably forget to give me a call. They haven’t done a car and said they doing it now. I have ask how when car is parked outside how I left it! 2 hours wasted! I have asked for my key back! Complete waste of time! Shop floor was full of leaves, old tyres part laying around, fod debris you name it! Avoid at all cost!

Service was great. I always order on line and book time/date for fitting. Very easy to do. But as always they had problems getting tyre back on wheel. So was there for 45mins. Just for one. For that I gave 4 stars.

Have used this garage for a few years they have lost me as a customer a i will never go backBooked and paid for a mot & service online with an online offer only to be told day the before at 5pm there was no one to do it as the Only Qualified MoT tester had injured his finger .Offered me another appointment 4 weeks later which was no good as my MOT would have expired .Have now found a much better garage who actually passed my car with its MOT and didn’t add anything extra on like wheel alignment to make money out of customers unnecessarilyAVOID ,

Avoid! Went to pick my car up and the car wasn’t starting. They told me they left the key In overnight and drained the battery. They then also added an extra part to the car that wasn’t asked for, but apparently needed. They followed to say that they were to busy to call and just added it to the end total. When they got the car started, lights were on the dashboard. They broke the ABS sensor. Which then meant I had to leave the car another day!They were very casual about it all and happy to shift the blame to one and other. Very disappointed with the service and will never use their services again!
