Sam is the best dentist we have ever had. My 3 year old dosent like dentists but she is so so patient with him and so reassuring with my children. definitely makes a dentist trip so much more positive and less stressful

From walking into the reception area and being greeted by the reception team, to having my regular check up, the team are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable.Sameena is the exact definition of a brilliant local dentist. Every visit, she would come and get me from the waiting room with a smile and ask how I am as well as my family. She will always reassure me of the work she is doing and has great knowledge on all areas. The typical dentist will always tell me what I'm doing wrong and it feels like I can't enjoy my diet although Sam will ask about my lifestyle and give me alternatives to ensure I'm enjoying my food and drink and taking care of my teeth at the same time.I can not ask for a better practice.

I see Sam for the first time following recommendations from my Partner, Mum and Sister, all of who she remembered even asking how my sister was remembering she was very ill at the start of the year. When we went downstairs Sam knew the patients waiting also by name saying she hadn’t seen them in a while. The appointment was not rushed and they fitted me in last min which I was grateful for

Damira have rescued me on a number of occasions where I've been in absolute agony with an infected tooth.Firstly, the reception staff are so warm, welcoming and helpful esp Pauline. Dr Berrada and his dental nurse Viola are exceptional at their job, approachable, taking the time to listen to you and explain the problem and treatment plan. They are so professional and most of all make you feel comfortable and provide amazing care. Highly recommend Damira.Geraldine

Emergency appointment given immediately on a Saturday for my burst abcess crisis. Excellent advice and prescription given for antibiotics. I'm extremely grateful for the care I received.Thank you

No problem with the actual dentists and hygienists, all the ones I've seen over the years have been good. My problem lies with trying to make an appointment, it's so difficult. If you make an appointment, months in advance, it is sometimes cancelled. You can't get through on the phone and if you leave a message no one calls you back.

My son visited the hygienist who was great. Professional and caring. Unfortunately the receptionists were less friendly. Was ignored for several minutes without any acknowledgement while they did something else. No eye contact or friendly interaction. Shame because they used to be good

I had an emergency appointment with Ghali Berrada today and being a very nervous patient I was put at ease straight away. His kindness, patience and professionalism was outstanding and made the experience bearable for me. I am truly grateful to him for his reassurance throughout my tooth extraction and would have no hesitation in recommending him, especially if you are a nervous patient. His assistant was also extremely caring. Many thanks to you both.

Unfortunately this time we didn’t have a good experience, when I took my 3 young children for their check up. The dentist we saw wasn’t at all warm towards the kids. Not ideal when they were nervous anyway. No encouragement and no child friendly advice to them, no sticker. Kind of thing that will make them dread the dentist in the future. I did call before leaving this review to give feedback and was told I’ll get a callback from the manager but this didn’t happen.
