I recently visited G. Reid opticians for an eye test.Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The test was thorough with each aspect well explained.The team also took every precaution in regards to COVID-19, using full PPE including masks and visors. I was also given a temperature check on arrival.

I've been going to Reid Opticians for years now and honestly would recommend them to anyone. Having been to many opticians from a very young age, this is by far the friendliest and the most straightforward I've ever visited.

Visited today for scheduled eye appointment - very good set up with staff all clearly well-versed on hygiene and social distancing rules, sanitising, PPE etc. Felt very safe, and was offered the usual excellent service for the actual eye exam, choosing glasses etc. Well done to everyone involved during such challenging times, and thank you.

If you want your eyes sorted out properly go to a professional. gillian and staff are very friendly and will sort out your problem big or small don't try the rest I have go to the best by a mile and a bit

Excellent service from eye test to delivery of new glasses . I was able to get new lenses in existing reading / distance glasses and sunglasses .

I went into this so called optition with a sore eye thay would not help me even though the optition was just sitting there still no help went to optition in galston now I'm in a lot of pain every time I blinked eny way that to did not help and said go t A&E cross house so after 3 hours waiting I was seen one drop and the pain went away I had a scratch on my eye I would not call them optition s
