The 30 metre rigid hose purchased from Henry Pumps was delivered next day and has been invaluable in discharging water from our hot tub as we have no drain at the rear.The hose was easy to coil up at the end too. A great product and price.

Excellent all round service, I did not know exactly what I wanted so trying to explain was a challenge for me. Steve, the guy I dealt with was a massive help, he explained everything in layman's terms and recommended the correct pump/fittings for the job. Pump arrived next day, connected it up and every works a treat, 1st class service, other suppliers take note!!

I wasn't sure what I needed and spent months looking around. Still confused I called up Henry Pumps and he was able to give me sound advice for my irrigation pump system, I even received a quote for every part I needed to put it together. I never leave reviews but I have been so impressed with the advice and delivery of my pump that I thought I would share my experience. If you need a pump at a good price look no further.

Exceptional service and advice, sorting me out with exactly the pump and connectors I required, which works a treat. Pump arrived within 24 hours and Steve has gone on to offer further advice when required so great after sales service also. Highly recommend Henry Pumps!

Great service from Steve and Henry Pumps. After an urgent request from a customer we called Steve enquiring what he had suitable for the job which had come in on a Saturday morning.Soon after Steve had correctly selected us a pump for the job we had collected and installed the JS pump in a matter of hours from receiving the request that morning, leaving us with happy customers and a working station.If only all the pump suppliers could offer this service over a weekend. Thanks again

I am very dissapointed with a service. I have tried the pump however was not happy with the product send back and have issue with a refund. The pump got rusted after only connecting it once. Quality of product questionable. Was told that I will be charged for delivery and repainting. Very bad service. Avoid if can. Never had this issue before.

When we became casualties of flooding due to the recent rains, this company went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right pump for the job and got it to us the next morning. This company go the extra mile to help and recommend the best item you need for the job. I called up with my problem and Steve had no hesitation in recommending me the Beast of all pumps. I had purchased a far more expensive pump that simply couldnt cope with my problem however the Henry pump he recommended is a super hero on steriods. It drained the offending area in just a few short minutes. Dont waste your time and money on any other company or product, these guys rule !!!

Received fantastic service from this company when our sewage pump broke down and we needed it replacing in an emergency. The chap I was dealing with on the telephone could not be more helpful and the pump was in stock. They got it to me the very next day on a pre 10am delivery slot. Crisis avoided, thank you Henry Pumps.
