Warrengate Medical Centre

I’ve been with this doctors for the past 3 months now and I have to say, the service and quality of care is exceptional. Whilst moving doctors I was in need of an urgent medication request, fortunately Warrengate were able to prioritise my request and within a couple of days I was already enrolled onto the system and my medicine was ready for collection (I was shocked). I’m also very pleased how quickly I am able to speak to someone and how early they can book me a routine appointment (along with instant notification of my booking). Overall, very impressed with this doctors and look forward to being a patient here!

Outstanding service and care!My baby and I receive care and support from Warrengate Medical centre that is outstanding. Our GP goes above and beyond to help, demonstrates huge empathy and an overall honest and trustworthy approach to giving medical help, advice and support (adult and baby) and the rest of the staff are very kind, supportive and helpful. The building is lovely and appointment availability is fantastic whether it be via online services on their website, telephone or face to face.They are quick and effective when it comes to initial registration too.At Warrengate I have received the best medical care compared to all other medical establishments we have ever visited. I cannot fault the practice one bit and actually feel lucky that my family are on their patient list.

Hardworking staff, always trying their best! And I think it's very efficient to have results be texted to patients, certainly saves appointments and time! And they were unexpectedly quick on the online consultation service, so I'm very happy with my treatment!

This is my mum's GP and I have recently become her carer and I've found all the receptionist very helpful and the doctors very empathetic. Whenever I've had a query I have felt it has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Keep up the good work.

I've been a patient for years, the surgery did have a time where it wasn't the best but its improved so much over the past year or so. Receptionists are pleasant and helpful and so are the Dr's

I have no complaints with the surgery the staff have always been pleasant, the nurses and the doctor I see have gone above and beyond to care for me. Yes covid has caused many problems but not just for this surgery, hopefully we are slowly getting back to normal.

So all my medication is under review. And my yearly COPD review for the third year running will be over the phone. So no spirometry or physical tests to see how my condition actually is. Can't order prescriptions without a review. Can't get a face to face appointment. Looking for a good surgery. This one really fails to deliver, even though I am high risk of covid. Surgery won't even supply rescue packs for out of hours flare ups. Wow if you are not an in line robot look else where for health-care.

Totally useless. Called in this morning to make an appointment to see nurse . Need to send blood samples to Jimmys Leeds. Said I need to to phone up Monday 9th May to make a appointment. Going on holiday Monday pm . You have no chance of getting through. When you ring up they say you are in position 20 ?. When you get near to the front you get cut off . May as well close this surgery down for what use it is . Totally useless.

One of the worse practices I've ever had the displeasure of having a GP under. Impossible to get appointments. Incompetent doesn't cut it. Why should I have to pay my taxes to be made to jump through hoops when health care is needed, to get absolutely nowhere. Disgusting.
