Nhs 111 has recommend me this dental practice. But we dont get any appointments. Sad to say a person should suffer from pain and die but they wont give you an appointment. The worst part is that they have a queing system for appointment but when your turn comes to contact you they just hang up the phone. And afterwards they receive a call late in the evening and say that appointments for today are over. Its not our problem they just say that and hang up. Dont know how nhs111 is recommending patients to this dental practice.

Visited today after being in agony all of yesterday and last night. They got me in within hour of phoning them and we're quick and really friendly !I.suffer with anxiety along side a phobia of needles. Had 2 teeth pulled out and I could not of asked for a better dentist and nurse !! Made me feel really relaxed and calm !

Rang up Thursday morning, and yeah, spent an hour on hold, but when the receptionist answered she was perfectly nice, asked a few questions, and then sent over a referral to a Gloucester NHS dentist who immediately rang back within ten minutes to tell us an appointment time. Worth it if you need emergency dental services.

Tell someone that clearly has an infection to buy a filling kit from the chemist and do it themselves!! Absolutely disgusting treatment!

The woman I spoke to over the phone - whilst I'm in agony after being on hold for 50 minutes - was rude, and hideously unhelpful. I was effectively told to do my own temporary filling at home. When I mentioned that it was too painful to even touch my tooth with my tongue atm, she shot back passive aggressively with “well how did you think the dentist was going to treat it?” - uhhh, with anaesthetic? As someone who is already mildly afraid of the dentists (hate having hands in my mouth) this totally knocked my confidence in the local dentistry services/ emergency centres.

I called yesterday asking for emergency visit as my crown broke down and I was told to take paracetamol. I said I am using Ibuprofen and Naproxen for change. Unfortunately there wasn't a free slot for me yesterday so I had to wait.Today is the new day and I called earlier. Person on the phone asked me if I had any painkillers today and I said yes, I had Naproxen an hour ago. The answer? Sorry but we can't take you because you are not following our orders and you didn't take paracetamol. You can buy a temporary filling for your tooth with local pharmacist. Is this a joke?

My husband was seen at 11.30 Sunday morning after phoning for advice at 9am. He was attended to promptly and efficiently, an X-ray was done, the dentist discussed performing a tooth extraction but as my husband had taken his normal medication (which included an anticoagulant) she decided against this. After carrying out emergency treatment to try and alleviate the pain she prescribed antibiotics and wrote a letter to his own dentist which he will hand deliver. Our praise and thanks to the dentist, nurse and receptionist for their care.

Nhs 111 refered me this number/dentist. The female receptionist who i spoke to is an absolute scumbag.she would not listen to any of my problems, talked down to me, Gave me her 20 years experience opinions and Told me if i wanted my rotting wisdom tooth xrayed/removed i will have to go private and that no nhs or e&e would even bother to xray or remove it. Amd told me that me tooth wouldnt have rotten as fast as it did and that i need to save up for a pr8vate dentist.Anyway i went to nhs genix dentist in cirencester on an emergency and they were amazing. Looked at it.xrayd it and pulled it out.all in 10minutes
