Excellent service from first telephone contact to book a full service & MOT, to the keys being returned! I happily waited on the beautifully refurbished site, and was struck by the friendly, efficient, attentive, helpful staff - at reception Sallyanne and Catherine, with most useful information also given to me by Ben. It was interesting to be able to view the work being carried out in the spotless workshop, and the technicians were happy to explain their work. It was most pleasing to see a bright and cheerful Workforce, and I left having confidence in my road-worthy Volvo. Thank you Weylands!

Excellent service and cam belt change on my Volvo. Harry and technicians did a great job and car was cleaned immaculately. The brand new workshops are superb. Very smart XC60 courtesy car. On budget, excellent communication, cheerful and a decent coffee!

Recently my wife and I dropped into the Swindon showroom to scope out a new car, just because we were passing. The service was outstanding. I was quickly introduced to Talia Bentley who took her time to find out what we really needed. No pushing of any particular model but recommended the XC60 based on our requirements. Following that, took the time to take us for a test drive, despite closing time in 15mins. Talia's follow up and help on quoting, since, has been on-point too. It's great to see how people, like Talia, can take away the stigma of 'car salesman' and demonstrate a genuine interest in your requirements to make a good recommendation. Thank you Talia, we need more of that!

Just took home our Volvo xc40 which we purchased from Waylands Volvo Swindon The whole experience was very professional the communication throughout was excellent was a seamless process . Tahnia was amazing at her job very knowledgeable offered us many services and explained everything throughout. We are very happy with our purchase from Waylands a very professional business and special thanks to Tahnia for being so kind and patient aswell as being very experience at her job.

Excellent service. I found a car online via Volvo Selekt. Contacted Waylands and was put in touch with Tim McIntyre. Shortly after the phone call I received a video of the car by Tim. The channel of communication was easy by telephone and email (quick response time). As I went forward to purchase, Tim was on Annual leave, and his colleague Christian took over, well briefed. This was one of the easiest, and most pleasant experiences purchasing a used vehicle. Would highly recommend.

Reserved a car to come from Bristol Volvo to Swindon and it had engine issues, requested a refund of the £500 and still waiting for it 2 weeks later and no contact. Would not recommend buying a second car since we have had major issues on a test drive (apparently after an 150 point check) and £500 is providing very difficult to get back.

Extremely impressed by Waylands Swindon, and Jake in particular.He helped us purchase an XC90 and trade in two cars with a minimum of fuss.The trade in prices were fair and Jake took care of all the paperwork making the process so easy.When we discovered a mark on one of the Volvo’s alloys, Jake quickly arranged for it to be repaired.The XC90 was otherwise in fantastic condition and will suit the required needs perfectly.Thanks Jake!

I truly thought Volvo was an industry leading car company with a great customer services. Maybe they are but the one in West Swindon is terrible. I cannot believe the incompetence of the staff and the manager running the show room / service center.Vovlo xc40 recovered on the Sunday and dropped to Volvo. Promised car would be ready by end of week. no calls, no updates. Popped in to see them Wednesday. Was told parts arrived and thats it. Wasn't allowed to speak to anyone in service. Called again Thursday for an update. Was told a call back will happen. No call back. Called again Friday morning to be told an update would be given in two hours... Obviously, again no call. Called again Saturday to be told the service area is shut, they can't access their own systems to tell us the update and nothing can be done until Monday.being treated like a customer from a back street garage, Volvo obviously think they are making enough money to not worry about customer services.I must say though, I was only in there 2 mins looking at a XC90 and had 2 sales persons approach.

I recently purchased a used BMW from Waylands Volvo in Swindon. Shiraz was an absolute star, what genuine, lovely guy. The whole process was transparent, easy and painless, the car was well prepared, very well priced and they are a very nice business to deal with. The fact the staff are more mature makes a big difference. There was no pressure, I was able to spend plenty of time by myself with the car and a long test drive sealed the deal. Would thoroughly recommend them.
