These guys went the extra mile when my existing blinds crashed to the floor due to some previous owner glueing the supporting wooden backing strip to some dodgy plaster. In the hot weather 40 degrees recently the glue gave way and the rest was history. These guys came out reinstated the wooden backing strip and drilled new screw heads into the concrete and recovered the existing blind which was still in good condition and fitted the whole lot! Some others could of said well you need new blinds and charged accordingly. No this company are honest reliable people and charged £30 and everything is now tip top. I certainly recommend them

I would like to Thank Crystal Blinds for the lovely job they have done on the Vertical Blinds I ordered. From start to finish they were very professional and did an excellent job. In no time they installed the blinds and I am over the moon with the workmanship and pleasant people I had contact with. Would use them again!!! Top Notch

I’ve had 2 blinds to include roller and a Roman blind. To say I’m pleased is an understatement. Absolutely stunning. I’m soooo pleased. Efficient and tidy service. No mess left. Clear instructions and lovely lovely staff..waited a little longer but totally worth it. Having them back to fit more in the next week! Local firm. Can you tell I’m pleased? That’s because I am..this is the only review you need to read…thank you guys (pleased from Mapperley Park)

Service above and beyond our expectations!As Dave had promised us that the blinds would be fitted before Christmas and the couriers were struggling to deliver on time, Dave drove all the way to the manufacturers in Northampton and picked them up himself!Within an hour of returning, Dave called to say that John would be with us within half an hour to fit the blinds - that's what I call service!Very happy with the quality of the blinds and John's workmanship in fitting them.

I have only positive feedback , I was unsure about which blinds to choose as I’ve always had verticle Jon came with plenty of samples and his experience is second to none ! I chose white high gloss wooden and from ordering to fitting Dave in the office was fantastic and kept me updated through to the fitting date , Jon the fitter has a wealth of knowledge and takes so much pride in his work , professional , respectful and happy . Not sure what else to say apart from I wouldn’t go any where else now , they are absolutely amazing and I can’t praise them enough ! Fitted my blinds to the highest standard and I am delighted . Thank you Dave & Jon .

I don't recommend Crystal blinds Nottingham this is a picture of their work from outside my property, was told a chap would ring me in the morning, never rung so rung them chap was unpleasant on the phone to me so paid another company to come and rectify the problem as was embarrassed at the way they looked from outside. Only being honest. And just to add I did contact them and the chap at the shop and he was shouting and put the phone down on me.

Excellent service from start to finish ! Blinds came before Christmas (as promised ) and got a call to say could be fitted the same day John had called! Fitted quickly and was very tidy ! Would highly recommend!

I was recommended to crustal blinds from my initial phone call to john and then Dave coming and measuring all my windows and giving me the choice with or with out chains and assured me of the safety to my grandchildren , to fitting I can not thank them enough they have transformed my home, customer service is phenomenal, I decided to have a roller blind In my bathroom and the change in my home is amazing, from the bottom of my heart thank you guys will be recommending you to all my friends and family ❤️
