A disabled access, wide wide lanes to help negotiate the freezers. All clearly marked with named headers e.g. Party Food, Vegetables, Pizzas and so on. Competitive prices and friendly staff.

Always go to this Iceland in York, Usually quiet so no rush to get round the shop, wide choice of products, reasonably priced food which means you can try new things and not worry about the cost if you don't like it. Clean store and staff friendly.

Medium size store with plenty of stock. Good prices on frozen foods with multi buy specials. End shelves have extra bargains which change weekly. Large parking area in front of building. Recommend.

Love it Visit regularly but on Sunday had a bad experience There was a problem over bargain prices The girl on the till was lovely but the? manager was horrible. He was unhelpful grumpy and really bloody rude !! He did nothing to help us resolve our problem Should be be working in retail? He looked and behaved as if he didn't want to be there Not what we expect!

Lot's of choice. I prefer the frozen range to the chilled. Very good value, there are healthy choices available, depends how you shop! Impressed with the shops own vegan range.

The clifton moor shop is ok for bits . I do find that some items seem to be aimed at upmarket people . But on a bonus at last this store does deliverys now at last. There are always bargains to be had that are on promotion

Iceland is always a favourite in my family. Whatever you buy there, it's always better than good and the prices won't put anybody off doing some shopping there. Highly recommended
