Top service, cant be faulted.Very flexible, agile team.Loved the fact you deal with one person (Terry), who co-ordinated the move. Arranged a face to face review, gave an accurate quote, no faffing around. Compared to competitors that have a different person each time you call, video guesses with all sorts of clauses.

I received a flyer through the door which happened to be perfect timing as we were going under offer so starting to plan our move. I called them up and got hold of Terry. He was quickly able to arrange a survey, in person as we were just down the road. He arrived, was very respectful of distance, etc due to covid and was extremely quick. Before I knew it, we had a quote and I was happy to proceed. Then came the tricky part - actually agreeing a date to move. Unfortunately our purchase suffered many delays. I was in touch with both Terry and Lisa who were always so understanding and patient with me. I felt terrible that day after day, move dates got pushed, but I simply received new dates that they had availability each time. They were also very considerate of the stress of the purchase which was wonderful. I am very sad to say that when we were able to exchange, the agreed date for completion wasn’t free for Inline so we couldn’t book them. We were so set on using them, that when we couldn’t book them, we decided to hire a van and do it ourselves. But boy did I wish it could have worked out. I could tell from my daily interactions that the team at Inline would have done a fantastic job moving me. They were honestly the only positive experience I had of our purchase, so I am glad to see just how busy they are and I hope many other movers will seek them out to help with their moves.

The Inline team was absolutely great. Their professional friendly approach to everything was really great. They worked and tailored all their service to your needs and were happy to make adjustments on the day too. The team were very polite and I was happy to buy them some pizza help for all their work. They made moving less stressful!

I can't recommend this company and their staff highly enough!  Before the move they were responsive, helpful, informative and competitively priced.  The move itself was relaxed and tension free and Tony and his team went above and beyond in order to make it a pleasant process.  Use them, you wont regret it.

Very pleased with the service, can highly recommend.Responded promptly to initial contact (on recommendation of a neighbour), arrangements were clear and professionally managed. In particular I was impressed with how the piano was so carefully handled. The team (Brian and Simon) were great - arrived right on time, worked professionally and were fully engaged in doing a super job. Would definitely use them again.

AMAZING SERVICE WORTH EVERY PENNY!! Gavin and Jay were exceptional! Moving out was so stressful but thanks to their patience and over and above service i felt so much better. I would highly recommend them! They provided enough boxes, for everything from paintings, instruments, glass tables, etc and my paintings were safely stored!

I hired Inline Removals to co-ordinate my move recently as they were by far the stand out candidate of all of the three companies I had out to quote. The move co-ordinator did a very thorough site survey of my property and talked me through everything that would happen and what type of materials and vans were used, it was great to know all of that information in advance. I also had some follow up queries that I sent in by email and these were all responded to very swiftly!I decided to go with the 2-day pack and move service so the team allocated to my move came in on the first day and packed most of my belongings ready for moving the next day, they were very attentive towards my things and everything valuable or fragile was wrapped extra carefully. On the second day the team came back for the remainder of the packing and the actual move itself, they were a friendly and fun bunch which always helps in stressful situations!They were also polite, professional, helpful and very respectful towards me, my house, my belongings and my dog! Moving into the new properly went very smoothly, the team unloaded quickly and put back together any furniture that had been dismantled. They also went above and beyond and got my fridge into a very awkward spot, this was a massive help! I couldn’t be happier with the service that I received from the team at Inline Removals, I wouldn’t think twice about using them again for a future move and would be very happy to recommend them!
