Great choice, very clean well stocked and organised store, good parking, all you need under one roof. All staff we came in contact with were helpful and very friendly. Good work Morrisons!!

One of the best place to go grocery shopping in Perth. If has a big parking place but always busy. Breads items quality is also good compared with ASDA. Friendly staff. Toilets are always clean and well maintained. Stock always freshly available. I like to shop in Morrisons rather than in ASDA.

Popped in for a Scottish breakfast. The food tasted great and filled the spot. Special offer was 2 breakfasts for £10.00p. The staff were nice and friendly. I visit here once a year at the end of June as l visit the Perth model railway show and it was astounding this year and l got a couple of bargains there. Perth is a nice place for a wander around. I went via train and the railway staff were all first class thank you Scot rail and LNER.

Customer service at tills is.shocking staff on personal mobiles more interested in Facebook than customers and I'm sorry Craig your an utter disgrace need to learn more people skills. Total shocking shopping experience!!

Staff could be a bit more friendly on the tills but maybe I'd just caught the lady on an off day . Not very keen to help me pack my shopping until I'd got the trolley empty . Food at the restaurant is a hit or a miss but very reasonably priced .

Be warned. I ordered a small online order from Morrisons (items came from the Perth store). 3 items missing and still waiting almost a month later for a refund despite multiple emails, DMs & signed-for letter.

Order food to collect on 31/10/23 and the system picked different date when I went to end and paid. Tried calling EVERY NUMBER listed for the store and various customers service numbers. Eventually got through and on informing them I was 15 minutes from my local Perth, Scotland store and couldn't get though and even though the order wasn't for another 11 days it wouldn.t let me edit it. She passed me to the store. Store took details for the change and person I spoke to said customer team I spoke to could do that. 3 days later I got an update with the exact same wrong details for the order date/time. On 2/11/23 I called again. Indian lady said she would transfer me to store. When I explained she should be able to do it she agreed but still transferred me anyway. This time to a 'store' in South Africa. They said they could fix it anyway and transferred me to another customer service team, god knows where. They put me on hold. After being transferred 5 times now having gone round the world another customer service lady has told me she has changed it. A few seconds later another update came through for another date so wrong again. Ive again been told it will be fixed. Fingers crossed. Morrison customer service is absolutely the worst I have come across in my 56 years of life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great selection of free from products.Could easily get around the store in my wheelchair.Staff very helpful and friendly.

Another place to get the home essentials. Just came in for a quick snack and picked up 4 pieces of chicken thighs ready cooked with garlic and herbs, Delicious. Shame the counter staff only put 2 garlic and herbs in and the other where BBQ chicken. Not impressed have just got home to find this out.. slightly disappointed..
