Messed my hair up and charged me full price, didn’t listen to what I asked I know have to style my hair completely different.. kept digging his razor into my head aggressively once or twice I can deal with but not 5/6 times.

Worst attitude I seen. The barber men was just sitting there and don't want to do any work.When is comes to haircut he rushed it and so many cuts on my face. Worst barber I seen.

This is my cheek and chin after having a beard trim and shave.The guys are really nice. I shouldn’t complain but, after getting cuts in numerous places... I think he could have been a bit soft and more careful and charging a premium price for this ....

One of the worst experience I had at their shop , this one Kurdish guy was too rude to cut hairs , and they all are too rude I would never recommend anyone this , he actually also made my beard wrong intentionally

Proper Kurdish barbers. Great bunch of guys here, always get a sharp haircut with clean, defined lines.No messing about here, you can get ear and nose waxing, eyebrow and beard threading and a really decent hot towel shave with a face massage.Prices are very reasonable too.

Terrible hair cut back at the end of October. The barber was new I think but seemed very inexperienced and didn’t listen to what I wanted! I’ve just been back to my normal barber shop in downend (Masters) and they were shocked at the chunks of hair missing on the sides of my head ...... I won’t be going back. It’s a shame as the guy I had the first time gave me a good haircut but this was awful - shaved my neckline completely weird and then it’s too late!! No questions at all ..... he just got on with it!! Be aware!!

Never again, not welcoming atal not a word was spoken The whole time by either barber to me or the other customer. He done things i never asked for then carged me £28 after. He waxed my whole ears and i mean whole ear, totally unnecessary. Ripped my nose ring out, dry shaved me with a razor no anything on my face. Terrible barbers never again i went to relax not get put through that and pay over the odds for the experience

Awful experience in this barbers. Dour, rude barber upset my son (4 year old) so I left. I had previously had a mediocre haircut from this rude man but thought I would try again. I will not be back and would discourage others from using this barbers. Such a shame as previous staff were very good
