This company was late for my first appointment. When I called them after 25 minutes to ask where they were they said they would be an hour late. They had not attempted to contact me to let me know and there was no apology so I didn't continue with the appointment. I did receive a voicemail later in the day from someone else in the company who apologised hence the two stars not zero

Good at what they do, but we are very disappointed with the way we were treated by Drew and his colleagues. They don't give a jot about the tenant it's all for the landlord. Without tenants there would be no landlords. It's a two way thing.

Absolutely terrible communication throughout our time renting with them, never answer emails or call you back. When it came to leaving the property it was even worse, no explanation from them as to how and when to leave so they ended up charging us more due to there own miscommunication. Then they overcharge for everything at the end of tenancy and make up charges. I wouldn't recommend and would advise you find another company to rent from. They blamed all their mistakes on the new girl" and they only care about the landlords and the money."

When it comes to issues with the property they get someone out to fix it as soon as possible. Very easy effortless way of renting a house. Superb service!
