Absolute joke of a company. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Have had constant issues with dealing with them ever since we bought our house. I have been constantly chasing for a year to have snags fix and am consistently ignore, palmed off on others, or told issues are not issues and they are supposed to be like that". Avoid buying a house with this company at all costs

I'm extremely disappointed with the way LGAH is managed. The security, hygiene, and antisocial behaviour issues raised by tenants have been met with generic responses and no concrete solutions or timelines.Improvements are urgently needed, including more CCTVs, and stronger entrance doors (especially for special needs individuals). We are waiting for their solution for more than two years, which is unacceptable.We've faced ongoing issues for two years:Lack of accessible entrance doorsFrequent breakdowns of entrance doors, leading to unauthorized accessInadequate resolution of antisocial behaviourInsufficient CCTV installation and monitoringLack of security arrangements on event daysNeglected building cleanliness and maintenanceMalfunctioning intercomsUPDATE:We did not have a concrete schedule since then or any improvement, just a confirmation mail about they approved the quotation. The entrances are not safe and my bike got stolen from the inside bike storage within the building. Absolutely disappointed.

The companies solicitors messed up my rent payments, meaning due to their admin mistake I was asked to cough up £300 in full half way through my tenancy. Terrible service & no apology from L&G.

I wanted to rate this place zero but I put one star.This is because of my very unpleasant experience with them.Even when we were paying insurance regularly,finally this company didn't pay the insurance how they were supposed to.This place is the opposite of trustworthy.I recommend to get insurance from somewhere else.The worst experience ever.
