I don’t normally leave reviews but after leaving such a lasting impression I thought it would only be right too. We visited last week with my daughters new kitten. We were greeted by I think her name was Steph. A lovely girl on reception with short hair and tattoos.She couldn’t have been more helpful! Introduced us to free insurance for a few weeks and also a brilliant plan which we signed up too. She looked extremely busy on her own but made sure to focus on us and ask to take any calls politely if they came through.With us being new pet owners she was brilliant and very knowledgeable and If she didn’t know the answer to anything she made sure to check with the vet and was very honest that she wasn’t clinical but said she would make sure to get the information we needed. We honestly came away so pleased and also at ease. We also met the vet Isabella who was just wonderful! You could tell both ladies really cared for our pet and were just such kind people in general.We are so pleased after coming away that we chose this vets. Both ladies a true asset to this team. Thank you for making my daughter and I feel so welcomed.

Go above and beyond from the receptionists to the veterinary surgeons are all very helpful and kind thank you to you all

Staff are wonderful except for the bigger lady with glasses Lindsay on reception. She lets this place down. Very rude to customers and has no people skills. Blunt and has no empathy.We have Witnessed this on multiple occasions. Can’t fault the rest of the team. Have complained about this woman before.

This vet is dreadful they did invasive procedures that were unnecessary on my cat. They consistently lied about what was wrong with my cat. Underweight they said required this of unnecessary tests. Nothing wrong. My new vet looked at the weight chart which I never knew existed same weight all the time. They scammed insurance company. They told me they do not like people with disabilities so if have got a disability don’t go there. They told me and put it on my cats records that she was born with gingivitis My new vet says where is it. Not got it.

If I'm ever going to open up a business I would like it to be a vet. Just charge you an arm and a leg for absolutely everything!

Amazing staff with so much empathy shown when we visited with our old boxer (13) and the decision was made to end her suffering. Couldn't have asked for more, to be surrounded by such an amazing team at such a difficult time.

On Sunday 16th April, I faced the most heartbreaking decision that any animal owner has to make. Our dear 13 year old black lab had fought as long as she could. The vet Samson and the lead nurse Dawn and the amazing Pet Health Advisor (sorry I did not note your name) supported me and helped me with great empathy and compassion. More than that, they made sure that Sophie slipped away peacefully and with kindness, love and dignity to the Rainbow Bridge. Their care for Sophie whilst she was ill was brilliant and I cannot thank you all enough for giving us some extended time and quality of life with Sophie.

We came in for an emergency appointment. I was sleep deprived, stressed and very emotional because of it. Both the reception staff and the vet could not have been lovelier and helped me feel 100% better. They took time and care to listen to me and give me helpful advice and guidance which showed they had really listened to what I had said. In terms of how my cat was treated, I could not have been happier. The vet was so thorough and gentle with his treatment. The vet was very conscious of his stress levels during the visit and I could tell my cat responded well to them. Thank you everyone for making a hard day a lot easier.
