Great, fast and friendly service. Bobby was honest from start to finish and kept me updated, making sure that he wouldn't overcharge me. I asked for the laptop to be ready for the weekend and it was, no problem. My 4 year old Sony Vaio is now running like a brand new machine. Couldn't recommend more.

My PC had a virus this morning. A friend recommended You Me and IT to me as they'd had similar problems recently with their laptop. What a swift service! An engineer arrived within 15 minutes of my call and removed the virus within half an hour. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with computer problems (they repair Apple Macs too).The engineer even fixed a problem with my screen resolution and removed a dust build-up inside my tower!

My computer didn't turn on and I panicked when I was told by HP that it would take 10 days to fix and that they would have to delete EVERYTHING on it. Searched the internet and found YMandI and I dropped the PC off at 9.30 and they delivered it back to me 2 HOURS LATER! I couldn't believe it. All working and absolutely NOTHING deleted from it, back as it was. I cannot recommend them highly enough - seriously!

Wonderful service from You Me and IT Limited. They were incredibly efficient, friendly and cheap! I was quoted the total price on the telephone before handing over my laptop and the whole fix was done in one working day. They allowed me to pick up and drop off my machine at a suitable time for me and kept me updated with everything by text. I couldn't recommend them more!Simon
