Rumney Hill Gardens
Beautiful place to go for a relaxing walk. I take my dogs here every morning and I personally find this place clean compared to the other parks around. Looks great in the summer as are so many flowers but in the witer as well as many of the plants survive.

It was well maintained when I visited. There are tennis courts and a bowling green. There is room outside the gates for a few cars to park for free. I use a mobility scooter so could only get around the proper concrete paths. It looks lovely going into the woods with access to the public pathway though.

Rumney Hill Gardens
We had a lovely walk along the trail in the dappled shade toward Rumney Hill Gardens. We stopped briefly at the Cafe which happened to be open. We had a lovely welcome from Diane who opens it on a voluntary basis for the community. After chatting over a lovely cuppa we headed back home. So peaceful.

Peaceful enclosed garden, great and safe to take toddlers to explore.and also pram friendly. With older children/adults you can take the path to follow the river walk.
