Troy has been awesome during the entire mortgage process. Not only has he given impartial advice he has been supportive throughout. Even when a mortgage was in place he didn't just leave it at that, he continued to look for and push for better deals. I highly recommend giving him a chance!

We had been through our house purchase process with Troy. SFS were bang on, we were referred by a friend and im glad we was. Troy was our mortgage advisor he was very attentive, always trying to get us the best deal possible, he's had great communication throughout the whole process and hes still checking on us 6 months after to see how we are. Troy was very easy to talk too, it was like I was talking to a friend. When we needed him to act fast when going for property's he did just that and gave us advise on what he thought was good and not so good.
