Was very panicky/upset when my cat was in desperate need of medical attention, fortunately they were able to see him straight away! The lady at reception was very kind and helpful. Unfortunalty our cat didn't make it and had to be put to sleep. We have just received a lovely sympathy card from the team which is such a thoughtful thing for them to do. Thankyou

Was called 10 minutes before appointment to be told they cannot perform the surgery as the vet isn't confident enough with it. Why not tell us sooner as the appointment was made last week.

Was a bit scared cos my cat was a senior and wasn't sure how he would be but he was only sedated. Had to change dates last minute and it was no problem. Highly recommended. Many thanks from me and Dutch.
