I have been coming to JT hair & beauty for the last couple of years, I'm always made to feel welcome, and the staff are so lovely. I always come away feeling refreshed and so pleased with my hair. Even moving 40 miles away, I still would not change my hairdressers. 100% recommend JT hair and beauty to anyone!!! You will not be disappointed ❤️xxx

Went there for my first time today. Had a bad do with a previous hairdresser. My hairdresser was Leah and she was super friendly, her passion for hair really showed. Couldn’t recommend enough, beautiful job. Will be back.

I was quite apprehensive about trying a new hairdresser after 20 years with my last one and rather a long time since my last cut but Jamie was lovely. She put me at ease and made sensible suggestions about what she would do. I am absolutely delighted with the result. Even better… it was a LOT cheaper than I was previously paying. Excellent local salon.

I have been having my hair cut here for a few years by roxy and I can’t complain she always does a good job.She stayed quite late to do my hair the other day and I was really grateful.She always finds time to fit me in and I will continue to have my hair done here in the future.Keep up the good work ladies xxx

I would strongly advise to avoid this salon unless you want terrible customer service and borderline harassment for leaving an honest review of your experience here....Gemma repositioned my hair extensions badly (as kindly pointed out by friends and family - from behind they were all different lengths!!!) Unfortunately, Gemma decided to show a complete lack of sympathy, showed no urgency to correct the problem and therefore I decided not to return as she had made me feel uncomfortable spending further time let alone money on her services. I went to leave an honest review of my experience only to discover I had been blocked from both Gemmas hair page and the salon facebook page. I'm starting to understand their 5/5 rating now! I managed to leave my review, backed up by photos and until recently - I had forgotten all about this saga. I just wanted potential clients to think twice as extensions are costly and you want to feel confident that you're going to be happy with the result.Here we are over a month later, Gemma has decided to turn things sour and spread all over her business pages that I am a liar and a bully (for leaving 1 honest review and then carrying on with my life). She has gone one step further by claiming I had tampered with my own hair?! Such disgusting behaviour from someone in this profession. I also received a text telling me to grow up. Gemma has only battered her reputation further by acting in this way and refusing to accept any responsibility for the poorly fitted extensions. Her posts were seen by ALOT of people. All shocked at her retaliation to a review whilst calling an ex-client a liar and a bully but telling people to be kind at the same time! I could go on and on, save yourselves having to deal with this unprofessional behaviour and just AVOID!P.S Gemma has compared my review to the online abuse that recently lead someone to commit suicide. Claiming she knows how it feels. I'll let you make up your own minds but thats vile...

Been visiting for nearly a year now. Thrilled with the cut from Jamie-Leigh. My hair looks amazing and the service is excellent, warm and friendly. Prices are really reasonable too. Can't recommend highly enough.

Very disappointed with the service and treatment I received.Firstly I was booked in for HD brows and was not told until after the treatment was done that I actually had just a tint and tidy. Which was not what I had booked in for.Secondly the area waxed was bright red and sore after but I thought they would calm down within the hour. The next morning the area was still red and sore to touch, the next couple of days they then scabbed over meaning they were burnt when I had my treatment.I contacted the therapist and explained plus sent pictures, to then be told that my skin must be ‘extremely sensitive’. There was no apology and the therapist just kept blaming me, not wanting to give me a refund for the inconvenience caused.Would not recommend.

I take my daughter there for her cut and she loves it every time. I feel (even though she’s 7) she receives a thorough quality cut by Roxy and the interaction between them is lovely.I will soon be having my hair cut there also and can’t wait.
