Great place, the staff is great and they have fast service too. We usually order a collection, but we also dine in sometimes. The food is good, and they have great vegetarian and vegan options.

Absolutely POOR SERVICE and WRONG ORDER. I ordered for takeaway- was told around 10 mins. I waited 35 mins. It was NOT busy inside. People came after me got their food… I had to ASK them and then they found that my food was just left in the hot cupboard. What was it doing there? I had been sitting there for 35 mins, NOBODY came to me when the food was packed. On top of that- obviously after 35 mins the food was COLD. I questioned it and I was told it would be fine. Of course it was cold. And when I get home, they didn’t even give me the right order. I got plain chips (ordered peri peri chips). No additional peri peri salt. I am so disappointed with the service! Never come to Nandos Middlebrook!!! Very very poor.

Went after work for a ‘cheeky Nando’s’. The restaurant was relatively quiet and so we were seated quickly. We were invited to order on the app and to leave a review in exchange for some free drinks and some sauces. We ordered a combo for two.The portion size was good however, the chicken was dry and over cooked. Seeing as the main part of a Nando’s is the chicken, this was disappointing.Unfortunately, nobody checked back on the table and so we did not provide the feedback to the restaurant.

Service poor. Slow. Lost food orders. Taking them to the wrong place. Not just our table. By the time the starter came it was cold. It was replaced and was piping hot which was good. However the main then did a tour of the restaurant, to several tables. Then the staff looked lost. We had to go and ask for it. It was just barely warm.. by this point we'd lost all faith and just ate it and left. We did have fun watching the shambles go on.Both sets of toilets are damaged and poorly maintained.

Overall the food was good and had great portion sizes. However, the broccoli could use a bit more flavour as it didn't taste of anything. There is plenty of seating which meant we didn't have to wait for a table, food was also served quickly

Went here tonight to celebrate my sons 14th birthday. Long wait for food and when it arrived was cold, dry and over cooked. We had waited that long we decided not to make a fuss and just got on with it something I now regret. The restaurant was freezing as they had the air con blasting out. We did ask them to turn it down but this was ignored. When we ordered desserts again a very long wait Food average/poor and was in my opinion a waste of money. Restaurant was very busy and chaotic with staff rushing around. Drinks machine out of order and had to ask for cutlery as were none available. Overall a disappointing experience and a total waste of money!!!
