I attended an event put on in this venue. It was such a welcoming and calm atmosphere making me and others very peaceful. Very simple furnishings but a clean and tidy space. Tucked away in the corner I struggled to find it but I looking forward to my next visit.

A haven of quiet, compassion and joy in the busy centre of town. They have made me feel very welcome. They have drop in sessions and introductory courses to ease newcomers in, check their website. Donation based, runs on generosity but nothing is imposed.
