We recently bought a Hyundai i20 from Newlookcars, and Steve was fantastic! Super helpful and not pushy at all even when we booked an AA inspection for the car. Car came back from report in great condition, and Steve even offered to fix the minor things that were wrong with it in the report!He made the process of buying a car super easy, would definitely recommend

Outstanding. I rarely leave feedback but Luke & Stephen should be praised. I bought a BMW x5 from them. Very fair price, car as described. Work was carried out on the car prior to collection that of it wasn’t for their honesty and integrity I would have been none the wiser. Nothing was to much trouble and excellent communication. I live 21/2 hours away but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another vehicle from them.

I cannot stress this enough Newlookcars Ltd is the best car dealer experience I have ever had! Luke is easily the best car salesperson I have ever met. From start to finish nothing was too much, I called at around 900am on a Sunday morning by 11am I was on my test drive and by Thursday I was picking up the car! The attention to detail to get the car in the best possible condition for handover was unlike anything I have ever experienced including a full service, MOT and valet! I will definitely be recommending friends and family so anyone reading this please do not hesitate to give Luke a call!

My son was looking for a reasonably priced first car, preferably not too old and in the condition expected for its age. We had tried several garages without much success, unfortunately probably due to our budget the attention we received was minimal.Perhaps I can understand the lack of interest ,but I believe all customers should be treated the same.We were advised by one of my sons friends to try Newlook Cars as he had bought a car from them in the past.On arrival we were greeted by Steve who immediately asked numerous questions to understand our requirements. He showed us several cars and took time explaining the pros and cons of each, we were impressed with the attention we were given and eventually decided on a car. The transaction couldn’t have been smoother and we were surprised that when we picked the car up, it had not only been valeted again but we where supplied with new mats and alloys.Very pleased with our purchase.

Turning up the car hadn’t been cleaned inside or outside, car was described has only having rusting/bubbling which was a lie. Bluetooth does not work, Engine light came on within 1 hour of having the car, car felt as if it was losing power and also dangerously leaning off to the left. Alloys were basically destroyed and cheap brake discs put on the car, which warped within a couple of weeks. Car brought up many problems on diagnostics, such as all 6 cylinders had faults, wish bone needed replacing and many others. Constant engine warning lights. Took it to the garage locally, they diagnosed 8 problems with the car, Was also told by my local garage that the dealership was only willing to turn the lights off and not any other work from the garage as the dealer was also involved in conversation due to the car still being under warranty. When the car was returned to the dealership, they used their local garage, Was told they found 1 fault - untrustworthy, unreliable and avoided many questions by talking a load of nonsense. Finally had my money back after being delayed many times, wasn’t even willing to fix the problems whilst the car was under guarantee. communication was also poor, many of my emails were not responded to and only emailed back when they wanted an answer or was delaying returning my funds. WOULD ADVISE NOT TO BUY THE BMW 330CD 2005 from this garage, you will have major problems. I hope this email is read and seen, as the way this garage conducted themselves was very unprofessional, not an inch of trust between buyer and seller due to the avoidance of acknowledgment of wrong doing on their side. Report will be made to trading standards.

We were asked for a review on collection of the vehicle, I'm glad we waited. I am now leaving this review after rejecting the vehicle through our finance company due major mechanical issues with the vehicle. We purchased a 2010 silver VW transporter HG10GXS from this company in January 2023. Proud as punch the day we picked it up. We drove home from Wigan to Stoke and noted on ours friends driveway an oil leak. This was reported to new look cars and was agreed that we could take it to a local to us garage. Before this happened the day after we purchased we came out to a flat battery, it was agreed to go to halfords and new look cars would pay us back for a new battery. Even after the battery was replaced, if the vehicle was left for a few days it was flat again. We took the vehicle to a local garage where they found the rocker cover gasket and injectors were leaking, so this was dealt with. We had the car back and still the battery kept going flat. Eventually it came to the vehicle going back to new look cars for this issue and the vehicle kicking out black smoke, and even the garage they use called my husband to explain that they couldn't get to the bottom of the battery going flat so the vehicle was returned to us to see how we got on with it, we needed a vehicle so we had it back. Not long after it was returned the oil low warning came on i checked the oil and there was barely even a drop on the dip stick, it was burning oil, there were no leaks anywhere at this time. We decided after months of major issues with the vehicle to reject it through our finance company, at this point new look cars turned very unprofessional. The finance company sent out an assessor who agreed the vehicle would have had these issues at sale and that it wasn't fit for purpose, new look cars didn't reply to the finance company until the day it should have been collected by the finance company. They said they would come to collect it. My husband text asking for them to give half an hours notice as I would have to come out from work, which I don't think is unreasonable, to which they replied to say they wouldnt do that. So another call to the finance company and i was told they would collect between 10 and 11 needless to say at 10:45 I had a call from the finance company to say they were running late (I believe being awkward) Two men turned up 1 went straight to the vehicle taking photos as one knocked on the door, they made out they weren't aware that the vehicle was a non runner, they would have had the assessor report, so they had to disturb my neighbours knocking on doors to see if they had jump leads, eventually they got the vehicle running and left. We then had a phone call from the finance company to say that there were marks on the vehicle. I can 100% say they were there when we purchased the vehicle, but we had plans to convert the vehicle and upgrade the damaged items in time so this wasn't a bother to us when we had it but due to the issues we never got round to it, thank goodness we didn't spend the money on it. We had to prove that the marks were there before we took the vehicle! There was one where the picture screenshot from auto trader that new look cars had taken unfortunately wasn't clear enough so new look cars took £580 to get this fixed, which is an obscene amount for a scratch and a light unit, again I repeat this was there when we purchased it. A report is being sent to trading standards as this company to begin with were ok but as the vehicle was confirmed not fit for purpose their attitudes changed and not nice to deal with. I am not saying not to buy this (it would have been amazing if it was fit for purpose as we would have done so much to it) or any vehicle from them but I am saying 100% please be careful, and make sure you check vehicles thoroughly as I would hate to think this company had had someone else over. We have been put through 8 months of stress and hassle through no fault of our own. Buyer beware!
