From a delivery point ov view. They would rather ignore u and load there own trucks . Don't they realize without deliveries there would be nothing to deliver. Only got unloaded after making a fuss. Drove away frustrated. Not the best state ov mind for driving an artic. C'mon people turn ur deliverys around faster than 20 mins for 1 pallet. Next time think I'll handball it myself can't be any slower.

Prices reasonable. Did click and collect , collected Saturday, got the impression staff could not be bothered and it showed with lack of communication and helpfullness . Please with what I bought though.

Just ripped me off for plasterboard. Gave us bent plasterboards and said that's all they had but then the prat in the office didn't give us a discount and said they had hundreds more normal ones after we already filled the van up. Don't buy

Utterly disgusted do not use the tool hire department, I hired a resin mixer three times I was told the cost was £100 per day plus VAT. My total bill should be £360 yet I get a bill for £766 because of incompetence and they did not take my machinery off higher and gave it to another customer still on my account. I have tried for the past seven weeks still nothing has been amended and yet I received final demand payment letters from head office. This is disgusting. The branch is fully aware of the situation but have still not resolved it.

Would not recommend very disappointed booked in first drop delivery only to wait till 1030. Still no delivery had to go to a different builders merchants and pick up the materials and never even got a sorry had plenty of problems with deliveries in the past of these thought they changed, they promised everything would go smoothly this time, but it never so if you want your materials, I would definitely use a different builders merchants as Jewson in Lytham can’t keep to there word
