I would like to say what a great job Natasha done on my Mercedes,it had a rip on the drivers seat which now you can’t even see,would highly recommend Trim perfect ,thanks

I Used trim perfect recently to restore some interior trim issues in my limited edition RS Trophy. Absolutely brilliant service, they booked me in at short notice, and restored the trim issues like new in no time, A1 job, would recommend these to anyone looking to rectify any interior trim defects

I had issues with an exterior wing mirror trim, this was corroded (not going to lie) and the supplier did re-attend to this. However the supplier attempted to use the same acrylic paint solution, which didn't work on both occasions. I then give the supplier an ultimatum to resolve the issue, which was the most cost effective for both parties. This was to supply the paint and would complete this work myself (save them re-attending), which I believed was a reasonable/fair solution to this matter. In my view the supplier should have used an alternative paint on re-attending or said they could do it in the first instance. The supplier declined and said (before hanging up on me) 'I'm not going to be dictated by people like you', which is really appalling customer service. It was also the supplier's perception that it wasn't their fault that the paint kept coming off, due to corrosion. Shame, because on a positive note the door card that they did was good work. However because of the really poor customer journey, especially with after sales customer service, I'm leaving this negative feedback.

Had a Mercedes drivers seat torn, costs a fortune to replace the base.Called trim perfect they came out the next repaired it on my driveway, you wouldn't know it had been repairedTop job, fair prices.

I’ve had a few issues with this company on a few occasions. I’ve been using them for a few years. I honestly wished I had never started with them, their work is not of the best quality and when you question it you get a response of well it was knackered to start with, is that not what you do repair to the best you can?Their repairs last 5 minutes at best! Ive always said if you can’t repair just say I will never be offended, I’ve been accused of being rude just because I’ve said that’s not very good and not what expected for £100, a seat repair was carried out and left for 2 days, it was sat on once and fell apart! It wasn’t a tough repair a pretty basic one at that! I was also promised a refund which also never happened. I would not recommend this company at all! Trust me you will thank me later,

They deserve 10 stars rather than just 5. Just got a sports car which unfortunately from the previous owner had a cigarette hole in the rear seat (on alcantara leather) and the previous owner as a lady who possibly liked high heels had created holes in the main car carpet just ahead of the protective mats. Went to a carpet shop - they said no. Went to a dealer who said they can only replace and at such prohibitive cost that even they recommended I just live with this. Telephoned Chips Away who said they wouldn't do the car carpet. Fortunately I then got word of Natasha and crew and life then became incredibly easy. I took photos of the damage and emailed Natasha - she emailed an incredibly reasonable quote (which included both repairs) the very next day. On the day suitably convenient, one of her staff came home, and fixed both with such amazing detail that I thought I was looking at the wrong side / seat. They have saved me a ton of money and I am incredibly grateful to them. Highly recommend!!!!

They came out to my workplace for me to clean watermark stains from my front seats and remove a scratch from dashboard - all damage caused by a hand car wash place. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them. Thank you!
