Buyer beware. Had screen replaced and screen protector added. Phone broke within two weeks had to get it replaced elsewhere and discovered looseparts floating around in the phone plus genuine apple components removed from phone and replaced with cheap aftermarket parts. Will not be using these guys again

I had my iPhone 11 screen and battery replaced. Ever since I had that done my phone has never been the same. It has ghost writing, calls anyone and anybody in my contacts list and a host of other things. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the staff were quick and efficient and friendly. Subsequently, I found out that the iPhone has certain tolerances and if you overtighten it will not work the same. I have also had to buy another phone as I didn’t have time to go back to the shop, as I had to go abroad.

Took my fathers iPhone here yesterday to be repaired as it had started playing up. I was very impressed with the personable, friendly and professional staff who were quick to identify and fix the problem (new battery fitted within half an hour). Very reasonably priced and they didn't try to sell me any other gubbins, which definitely adds a star. I went away feeling reassured by the service provided.

Honest, fast work. I didn’t even know my phone would be and could be working again. I had water damage which can be quite complex and expensive to fix however I got my phone fixed for a reasonable price, screen changed and new battery installed and my phone now works like brand new! So happy with the service, they were willing to offer a discount and overall very happy n wonderful people working there

I decided to visit the store to get a screen protector installed on my phone. I had already bought the screen protector online. Without any prior notice, the staff were incredibly attentive and delighted to assist me by installing the screen protector for free. I'm extremely satisfied with the exceptional service I received! Went in today to get a new screen protector as my old one was cracked. Very helpful staff replaced it for me and my phone looks brand new! Superb fit with no bubbles.Excellent service!
