I never leave reviews but I was so disappointed in the service I received I felt I had to.I went to view a car I had seen online and the salesmen couldn't have been less interested in selling me a car. Nobody came out to greet me on the forecourt, when I asked for a test drive I wasn't shown around the car, they just chucked the keys at me. Once I returned from the test drive I said what I didn't like and the features I'mlooking for, there was no attempt to show me other makes/models that maybe I hadn't considered.It felt as though they didn't think I was serious, but I would have bought a car that day have they paid me any attention at all.

Recently had my cars MOT and service done here, very professional and great customer service from the lady who I spoke to (Jan) also very reasonable price in comparison to other places I contacted, would definitely recommend and will be coming back again.

Fantastic service today from numerous staff members when getting windscreen washers sorted including Luke the mechanic and the very tall guy from the showroom (the boss even put down his lunch to come out and help) and not least of all when purchasing my car from the lovely mark - went above and beyond to make sure the car suited my needs - way better than big name dealerships locally. Don’t bother shopping around just go straight here.

We had been looking for quite a while for a low mileage Audi A4 188bhp petrol S Line in good condition.Having spoken to Jeremy on the phone at Solent Cars, we went over to look at the Audis that they had, with one in mind.Having never bought from a dealer before and having also looked at a few dubious ones previously that were on sale from other dealers, I was in the habit of taking everything said with a pinch of salt.We were pleasantly surprised at how friendly and relaxed Jeremy was towards us. Considering how much the car was and I was still in my work gear, he treated us with the utmost respect.We took the car for a long test drive unsupervised and told to take as long as we liked to satisfy ourselves.We were over the moon with the car and went back the next day and bought it.So thank you Jeremy for being such a Gent,I would certainly return for another car from you guys.Thank you

Although got a nice price. After changing bearing in there, came back with CV boot rubber broken ! Disappointed and won't use them again. Should call them to get it replaced but I don't like to argue with garages as they never admit their fault.

I had my car serviced at Solent used car centre and the experience was exceptional, Jan was extremely helpful and Luke the mechanic was super nice. I highly recommend them.

I drove to Solent cars to test drive an AudiS3. I had called in advance and Mark was all sorted for when I arrived.The car was ready; the test drive was clearly explained so that I could properly get used to the car in the local area.The paperwork was sorted quickly and in a very friendly manner. I drove away happily in less than a n hour. Great service and friendly staff.

I recently bought my new car from Solent Used Car Centre. All of my contact was through a man called Gerald.This was the first time I have ever bought a car without seeing it in person first. The process was made very easy, Gerald kept in contact with me the whole way even our of hours on WhatsApp.I was also able to arrange a courier to collect the car with a days notice and again Gerald was willing to accommodate this collection at 8:30am on a Sunday which he didn't work.The car was just as described and they were a pleasure to deal with.Would highly recommend.Thank you.

Been taking cars here for work, MOTS etc for years, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Honest and upfront and nothings too much hassle. Highly recommend.

Great people to do business with. Mark, Jeremy and staff were professional and efficient. Honest people selling honest cars. Answered all my questions bought an Audi A5 with confidence. Kinda people who would give great after sales service if needed no doubt.
