Disgusting. Had the rudest cab driver (Anthony). Very nasty man. Do not get in a cab with him. He was taking us to ascot and as he attempted to speed away, was stopped by ascot security because of his disgusting behaviour. I rang the following day to complain and was told very nicely by the operator that the manager would be in touch Monday. That was two weeks ago and it hasn’t happened. I rang again and was told they had called. Clearly not my dear or I wouldn’t be calling again. Was told I would have a phone call that afternoon. Another lie. There are plenty of cab services out there. Don’t bother with one that employs grotesque men and can’t even return your call to apologise.To the company: I am still awaiting that call back. You should honour that.
