Persian Tribal Rugs

My wife and I visited this place today, and was greeted by the vilest little sales assistant we ever encountered. My wife and I picked up a rug off a pile of rugs, and the assistant shouted for us to put the rug down because it belonged to another customer and it was being cleaned by them. Firstly if that was the case why was the rug out on the shop floor, secondly there is such a thing as politeness. They then tried to direct us to more rugs but there was no way I would entertain spending any of our money in this place or ever revisiting again. We visited another one indendent rug shop in Norwich the previous day, and the service could not have been more different! I am one who always commends good service,so I think it's fair to also share bad service so that others don't experience what we did today!

Lovely rugs, extremely helpful without being pushy

Excellent selection and very helpful service. The very kind sales person advised us on sizes, materials & styles, was extremely patient while we dithered, told us about the story of the business, and didn't mind when our noisy kids came in and wanted to play hide and seek between the piles of rugs. A what beautiful rugs they are! We weren't sure of the size so they let us take it home to try before buying. Thank you!
