Got some parts from here. Quick and easy. Order online as cheaper and then pick up at the workshop. Parking outside too.

Helpful staff, but not great selection in stock

Have to commend the service I received in the Ross On Wye branch today! It’s Friday I needed a top mount for a car I plan to work on Sunday so online was no good. GMF had one in stock but got a second one in same day (today). Collected them both happy customer!I also asked the Gent that served me about where I could buy a very niche socket and his recommendation was right got that same day too!

Really friendly helpful staff. Happy to take time to go through explaining and finding products that work for the customer.

Excellent Customer service and the passion is priceless!Buying the correct grade of oil for your car is crucial and these guys got it rite first time (Unlike Lexus!) My car needs a specific grade (5w30 c2) that Lexus dont stock?! I purchased my service kit from Lexus main dealer last year and the oil filter supplied by Lexus must have also been wrong because it was so tight! The Mann one supplied by GMF fitted in much much better this time round! (I would have never known unless I had swapped it myself!)The oil was hand picked from the shelf behind me and handed to me personally. With eye contact and a smile (He could have just pointed and told me that one)The car has honestly, genuinely never felt better after this service! Thanks guys. Great job.Very happy with the quality of the whole experience.. forget price in this review, the quality is the important point.
