Had a stair and landing carpet fitted by Carpets 4 Less 10 years ago which stood the test of time and they were just as friendly and helpful then as now.Just had a new one fitted and couldn't be happier with the same standard of help and professional manner we received. Decided on a very tricky stripe number for our landing and staircase. I am annoyed I didn't ask the name of the fitters as they did an amazing job. Bottom staircase is curved and it was lined up lovely and looks great..£600 saving for a similar carpet from one of the bigger chain stores and all fitted within less than a week of ordering. My experience was very positive and would recommend Carpets 4 Less.

I am the Venue Manager at Gosfield Hall and I required a quick turnaround on a new carpet we needed. I spoke to Andy at the Basildon branch and he bent over backwards to help us out. Given he had 24 hours to sort out the carpet and a fitter AND there was a time restraint for the actual fitting. The new carpet looks great, thank you so much! We'll be back!

We ordered flooring here and arrannged for our builder to collect. When he collected the shop couldn't find the order despite us being informed it would be in. Turns out after we had ordered and paid it was not ordered. As a result of this the shop said they'd deliver and fit free of charge on an allocated day. No one turned up on this day (which costed myself and my husband a day's unpaid leave might I add). Whenever i rang the shop no one would ever answer the phone or respond to my social media messages...when I finally got through and explained our situation the guy I spoke to sounded bored and didn't apologise for the large inconvenience and really poor customer service. Instead he just said 'someone will fit it on Monday' and wouldn't give us a time. Thankfully it was fitted then and we are happy with it, just wish the process was a little less stressful.

Worst service I have ever recieved. Was recommended a carpet door bar after explaining the flooring it was going into unfortunately it did not work so thought not a problem I will return it for a refund. This is when the problems started. Firstly they are exceptionally rude when asking for a refund which I was told they do not do refunds. After explaining that they recommended this product and it did not work( door bar still in same condition as when I brought it) i had the receipt and the card i paid on (brought on a Sunday tried to return on the tuesday) and they still refused to refund with the words 'NO REFUNDS TAKE IT UP WITH HEAD OFFICE!!' I rung head office to be told any complaints have to be done via email which I then done on the Tuesday evening. Called that Thursday to ask if they have recieved the complaint to be told the guy that deals with complaints is not in until Friday but said if they have not recieved it they would call me which I gave them the number to call me on. I have still not heard anything from head office regarding returning the product and this is nearly 2 weeks ago. I would never use them again and would also advise against anyone else using them as there customer service is 0

I was very happy with the customer service provided by Carpets4Less. We encountered a problem which left us slightly short of flooring but they worked quickly to resolve the problem so we had no complaints.My one bit of advice would be to use a different fitter to the one they recommend.

You get what you pay for. Poor service! Despite placing the order over a week ago and assurances provided that goods would be delivered on time. No show and they are still unable to confirm if/ when it will be delivered impacting on our renovation work and in turn costing us money!Will never order from this store again.

Bought LVT flooring and the man from the shop came to measure my floor he then told me how much I neededAfter the floor was laid there was roughly a quarter left which he refused to refund told some bs story about have to order loads more in case it doesn’t lay well even after charging £875 to screed and lay the floorOn trying to contact customer services I was told it is a franchise and basically tough luckAVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE

Guys in shop were very helpful, quickly gave me a quote and booked in my fitting. Lance who fitted the floor did a great job putting in the extra time to perfect the fitting. Will be going back for bedroom carpets soon.

Great service and a great selection of carpets. What is most pleasing about this company and the team is that even after the sale, they still care and their after sales service is just as honest and good as it was before you agree to buy from them. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Fantastic service! I know I have been the customer from hell and I’m sure the would love to tell me to sod off but my goodness, they have been fantastic! Extra love and appreciation to Andy in the office for being such a wonderful help and not being angry with me being so awkward! Thank you guys so so so much!
